When I was ** years old, my parents were gunned down right infront of my eyes. None of you know what that feels like. None of you.
Years afterwords, I trained my mind and body, becoming a master of all forms of martial arts. Thankfully, I inherited a fortune from my father, a prominent doctor.
Now, I get angry very easily. But through my training, I have learned to control that anger. Now here is why this helps you.
The easiest way to control your anger is to lose it. No, I don't mean so you can't find it(idiots). I mean go beserk. Beat the crap out of people. Trust me, it feels good. Just ask SuperSaiyan3.
So if it's Two-Face or some cocaine-adict punk, take your years worth of frustration out on him/her.
